It sounds simple, but as the client paying the bills, are you really being heard? Is your creative team exploring options that go above and beyond what you’re expecting?  Are they really listening?

Maneuvering through the creative process is not cut and dry as some people may think. There are many twists and turns the process can take, and the end result depends on the depth of experience brought to the table.
